How do I create my first email campaign?
To create your first campaign: 1) Log in to your dashboard, 2) Click "Create Campaign", 3) Choose a template or start from scratch, 4) Add your content and subject line, 5) Select your recipients, 6) Preview and test, 7) Schedule or send immediately. Our drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to design beautiful emails without any coding.
How do I import my contacts?
You can import contacts via CSV file, copy-paste, or integrate with popular CRMs. Go to Contacts → Import → Upload CSV. Make sure your file includes email addresses and any custom fields you want to track. We support files up to 100,000 contacts at once.
What are the email sending limits?
Sending limits depend on your plan: Starter (50K/month), Professional (250K/month), Enterprise (Unlimited). Daily limits are also in place to ensure deliverability. If you need higher limits, contact our sales team for a custom plan.
How do I set up email automation?
Go to Automation → Create Workflow. Choose a trigger (new subscriber, birthday, purchase, etc.), then add actions (send email, wait, add tag). You can create complex sequences with conditions and branching. Save and activate when ready.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No fees or penalties for canceling. You can also download your data before canceling.
How do I ensure my emails don't go to spam?
Best practices: 1) Only email people who opted in, 2) Use a verified sender domain, 3) Avoid spam trigger words, 4) Include physical address and unsubscribe link, 5) Maintain good engagement rates, 6) Keep your list clean. Our platform includes spam score checking before sending.
