Welcome to Atorins! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atorins email marketing platform and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• Send emails containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Send emails containing malware, viruses, or malicious code

• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Prices are as stated at the time of purchase
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

5. Data and Privacy

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data
• You grant us the right to process your data to provide the Service

6. Intellectual Property

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay fees when due
• Use the Service in a way that could harm Atorins or other users
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may download your data for 30 days after termination, after which we may delete your data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATORINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Atorins harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution
